ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Some products may ship separately. Please refer to individual product descriptions for any special shipping or processing information.

FREE U.S. SHIPPING

Orders of $80 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

U.S. SHIPPING

We ship domestic orders using FedEx and USPS. Standard delivery typically takes 1–5 business days after your order has been processed.

Orders shipping to Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, and P.O. Boxes may require additional delivery time.

Shipping estimates are provided as a guideline and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

CANADA SHIPPING

We currently ship to Canada. Available shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Canadian customers are responsible for any applicable duties, import taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or carrier charges assessed upon import.

SALES TAX

Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and current tax requirements.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept eligible returns for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY within 10 business days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with all original tags attached

To request a return or exchange, contact sales@emortalshop.com with your order information and the item(s) you would like to return.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping eligible returns back to EMORTAL. Once an approved exchange is received and processed, the replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional shipping charge within the United States.

All sale items are final sale.
