ORDER PROCESSING
Orders can take up to 5 business days to process your order. Once we process and ship your order we will contact you for the tracking numbers. BILLING ADDRESSES
We only ship credit card orders to the billing address on file with the card company. If your order is a gift, please use PayPal as the method of payment.
ORDERS OVER $100.00 USD
All orders over $100.00 USD receive free domestic shipping and will require a signature upon FedEx or USPS delivery.
SALES TAX
Sales tax is charged for all orders shipped inside of California. Los Angeles sales tax is 9.5%. There is no sales tax charged for all orders shipped outside of California.
SHIPPING
USA - We ship orders via FedEx Ground or USPS. Please allow 1-5 business days for shipping. Hawaii, APO and PO. Please allow 2-7 business days for shipping.
INTERNATIONAL - Currently we are not shipping outside of the United States.
REFUND POLICY
We accept returns for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY up to 10 business days from the delivery date. Returns will only be accepted if clothing is unworn/unused & with all tags attached. Please email sales@emortalshop.com with details on exchanging your item or items. Customers will be responsible for return shipping to EMORTAL. Once received, your exchange will be shipped free of charge.
